Delivery Service

Customers will receive a telephone call when furniture is ready for delivery. When a customer is not reached by telephone, an E-mail is sent with available delivery dates/times. Customers must confirm by a return phone call or email to Vintage Delivery before it will be scheduled.

After scheduling, a confirmation email will be sent by Vintage Delivery including:

  • Delivery Day, Date, and Time
  • Delivery Address
  • Contact names
  • Balance Due (NOTE: delivery fee must be paid separately by cash or check only)
  • Payment instructions

IMPORTANT: Verify the accuracy of information on the emailed confirmation. Contact us immediately for any changes or corrections prior to the day of delivery.

Customers will receive a telephone call with an estimated 2-hour delivery window on the day before delivery from Vintage Delivery.

Carefully inspect the furniture and note any concerns with the delivery team.

Room areas must be cleared prior to delivery. Adequate access through doors, hallways, and stairs must be provided. Additional charges will be required to cover costs of extra delivery staff, assembly in the room, or redelivery if needed.

Please understand that due to insurance restrictions and scheduling reasons, Vintage Delivery staff are NOT permitted to move, remove, or re-arrange existing furniture.


Monday- Friday 8am-Noon / 12:30pm-2:30pm

Pick Up Fee $50

Customers are responsible for securing furniture to the vehicle.

Customers must provide all tie downs, blankets, and other padding.

Customers are responsible for transporting furniture to and from the factory for any subsequent Warranty Service issues. Requests of Delivery Services for warranty issues will require additional per trip delivery fees.

Cancellation and Return Policy Information:

There will be a 40% restocking fee on all canceled custom orders unless written notification is received within 3 business days after placing an order. You may return your furniture within 10 days of delivery at the dealer’s discretion, provided it is returned in the same condition as it was delivered and respective refunds are subject to the 40% restocking fee. In the event a customer requests special custom changes to an existing design or they request to rush the production of any piece, those pieces may not be returned. If payment was made by credit card, a credit will be issued to the original account. If payment was made by check, there will be a 14-day clearing period. No cash refunds will be made. Please inspect your furniture upon delivery or pick-up. Any claims for damage or defect must be noted on the order at the time of delivery or pick-up.


At no charge to the original purchaser, the dealer will repair or replace any product determined to be defective due to workmanship or materials in accordance with the time frames listed below. There are no other warranties expressed or implied other than the following written terms. This warranty can be voided at the dealer’s discretion if the product in question is subject to misuse, alteration, fire, improper cleaning, negligence, accident or if the original purchaser is not in possession of the original receipt . All custom orders are non-refundable. All delivery dates are and product measurements are approximate. THIS WARRANTY APPLIES ONLY TO FURNITURE MANUFACTURED BY VINTAGE LEATHER MANUFACTURING.


Under conditions of normal usage, the frame is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the purchaser owns the furniture.

Under conditions of normal usage, all mechanisms are warranted to the original purchaser to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for 3 years.


The leather is warranted against splitting and tearing for a period of 5 years. Since leather is a natural product, markings such as scars and variances in dyes lots can occur. Natural markings and variances do not constitute grounds for discounts or refunds of payments.

We strongly recommend the purchase of a Five-Year Protection Plan for your new leather furniture provided by UnitersPure. UnitersPure Protection Essentials protects your investment should accidental damage occur; such as rips, cuts, tears, burns, stains, mechanism breakage, and other various types of damage. In addition to the Protection Plan, a furniture care kit is provided to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance.
